Per room –
per night, two persons, including breakfast           € 55

Single occupancy –
per night, including breakfast                               € 40

Additional bed (foldout) -
per night, including breakfast                               € 15

Weekly rate –
per week, per room, two persons, incl breakfast    € 350

Longer stays –
rates available on request

Deposit is required based on one night's stay for a double room.
Payment by personal cheques drawn on French banks, cash in euros, or Paypal 

Continental style breakfast which may consist of any combination of the following:

fruit juice
tea, coffee, herbal tea
croissants, bread (bought or home made), toast
preserves (bought or home made)
fruit (home grown where possible)
cereal, muesli, porridge
cheese

Check-in and check-out:

• by arrangement, or check-in after 2:00pm, check-out by 10:30am
  
• failure to check-in by 8:00pm on the arranged day will be deemed a cancellation with no refund due – the room may be re-let
• early check-outs – accounts must be settled night prior to leaving

Extra linen change incurs extra charge.

For the comfort of all we are a smoke-free house - there is an area outside for anyone wishing to smoke.

Beach or swimming towels are available to borrow on request as bath towels removed from the property will be charged.

Any accidental breakage or damage should be reported as soon as possible.
